giroJOIN® is the high-performance solution for metal-plastic joining applications with demanding cycle times and multiple parallel processing steps. At the core of the system is a high-precision 360° rotary table, which reliably transfers components between different processing stations. The integrated PLC control system ensures seamless automation, while a safety light curtain secures the loading position for maximum operator protection.

Flexible loading – manual or automated

Components can be inserted into the dedicated part holders either manually by an operator or fully automatically via a robotic handling system. After the joining process, parts are removed quickly and safely. The joining process is based on the proven KIST + ESCHERICH hyJOIN® thermal hybrid joining technology, which creates precise, strong, and recyclable connections between metal and thermoplastic materials. Thanks to component-specific holders, joining tools, and system configurations, giroJOIN® adapts flexibly to a wide range of geometries.
